I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and have great balconies with lovely mountain views, but I was placed on the third floor without an elevator, which was tough with my knee issues. The service was less than ideal with cleanliness concerns and confusion about my charges. However, the location is good, being close to attractions like the zoo and Garden of the Gods.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, featuring great balconies with lovely mountain views. However, I had some issues with being placed on the third floor without prior notice given my knee condition.
Service
5.0
The service left much to be desired; I faced a dirty entrance and issues with the staff not understanding my booking. They also failed to explain some unexpected charges.
Location
7.0
The hotel is located on the golf course at the Colorado Country Club, which is close to attractions like the zoo and Garden of the Gods. However, I expected more of a mountain feel based on the images.
Dining
6.0
Dining was a bit pricey, but the views were nice. I would recommend looking elsewhere for better breakfast options, though.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent, but nothing stood out as exceptional during my stay.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at the hotel. The location was fabulous and made it super easy to check out nearby attractions like Royal Gorge and Pikes Peak. However, the rooms were a letdown with some strange odors, being quite hot, and feeling outdated. The service from the staff was really friendly, which I appreciated. Overall, while the location was a standout feature, the rooms and dining experience could use some improvements.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms had a strange odor I couldn't pinpoint and were quite hot, especially with winter bedding in the summer. They felt old and a bit worn out.
Service
7.0
The staff were super nice and friendly, which helped make the stay better. However, when I needed assistance, it seemed like there were fewer staff available even though the resort wasn't at full capacity.
Location
9.0
The location was fantastic for exploring attractions like whitewater rafting and Garden of the Gods. It was very convenient for our family vacation.
Dining
5.0
Dining was somewhat disappointing with the buffet prices high at $37.50 per person for most nights. While there were plenty of fresh fruits and baked goods, I expected more variety.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were decent, but I didn't find anything particularly impressive.

I had a lovely stay at this resort with spacious rooms and stunning views of the mountains. The service was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. On the downside, while the dining was good, I found the choices a bit limited and a bit pricey. Overall, I appreciated the great location and the clean, comfortable environment, although the rooms could use a refresh.

I had a bit of a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location is excellent and the staff was super friendly, the rooms had a damp feel to them, and the dining options were lacking. The service was helpful at all times, but small issues like the closed pool and not-so-great breakfast kind of brought my experience down overall.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were somewhat unimpressive, feeling damp and not much better than what you’d find at an economical motel.
Service
9.0
The service was friendly and accommodating, from the front desk to the dining staff, always available to help.
Location
8.0
The hotel is centrally located in a nice part of Colorado Springs, close to a quaint shopping center with great restaurants.
Dining

Unfortunately, the dining options were quite limited, and the breakfast voucher didn't work for the brunch as expected.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities like the pool were closed during my stay, which was a disappointment.

The hotel had a great location with stunning views and lots of dining options nearby. The rooms were clean, but I found them a bit outdated. Service was slower than expected, and the dining was on the pricey side. Overall, while I enjoyed my stay and the friendly staff, a few improvements could make it even better.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were clean, but they felt a bit outdated. I did have to request some hand soap, which they brought up right away.
Service
5.0
The service was friendly, but it was extremely slow and I felt like the timings for the facilities could be better.
Location
9.0
The location was amazing, right next to a lot of great spots, including the Piano Bar, which was quite convenient.
Dining
6.0
Dining was a bit hit or miss; while the view from the pasta bar was spectacular, the menu was quite expensive.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were satisfactory but not exceptional; they could use some upgrades to match the resort's luxurious vibe.
