Cheyenne Mountain Resort, A Destination By Hyatt Hotels Colorado Springs, Colorado Springs

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and have great balconies with lovely mountain views, but I was placed on the third floor without an elevator, which was tough with my knee issues. The service was less than ideal with cleanliness concerns and confusion about my charges. However, the location is good, being close to attractions like the zoo and Garden of the Gods.
